A NOTE FROM JENNIPHER

As the author of Reclaiming Trust – A Journey out of Family and Domestic Violence (FDV), I’ve spent years exploring what it really means to find trust within again.

In the book, I offer 13 questions about trust that gently guide the reader back to their own inner knowing, along with a sound recording to support that deep inner journey toward self-trust.

Women’s Life Choreography is the next step in that work.

It’s where we bring trust out of the pages and into the body.

Where we stop only thinking about change and actually move with it.

Where we explore:

“Who am I when I no longer let my past choreograph my life?”

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR?

This 4-week course is for women who:

  • Feel there is more you’re meant to do or be in this life

  • Sense a new chapter calling, but feel stuck, small, or hesitant

  • Are tired of circling the same old patterns and want to create from the future, not from old wounds

  • Crave a safe, nourishing, playful space to experiment, improvise and try on new ways of being

  • Long to reconnect with your feminine embodied wisdom – not as an idea, but as a living, breathing reality in your body

  • Want to meet other women on a similar path, and build genuine connection and support

You do not need any previous experience with theatre, movement, or personal development courses.

Just bring your curiosity, your body, and the part of you that knows:

“I’m ready for something different now.”

WHAT MAKES WOMEN’S LIFE CHOREOGRAPHY DIFFERENT?

This isn’t a sit-in-a-chair-and-take-notes kind of course.

Women’s Life Choreography is:

  • Embodied – we use somatic (moving our bodies) practices, and theatre games so the work lands in your whole system, not just your mind

  • Playful & brave – social justice–inspired theatre, improvisation and “Theatre of the Oppressed”, and "Theatre for Living" methods invite you to explore, experiment and try new responses in a safe, supported space

  • Future-focused – instead of staying stuck in what happened, we explore who you are becoming and how to create from that future self

  • Relational – we work in a circle of women, using games and embodied practices that build trust, connection and group cohesion

  • Deeply safe – the space is created with care so you can relax, listen to your body, and move at the pace that feels right for you

The focus of this course is wholeness.

Not fixing you. Not improving you.

But liberating the feminine wisdom that has always lived inside you.

FAQs

Do I need any previous experience with theatre, movement, or healing work?

No. Everything we do is guided and accessible. You can participate at your own pace. Curiosity is more important than experience.

I’ve experienced family or domestic violence. Is this course for me?

This course is not therapy, and it doesn’t replace professional support. However, it has been created by someone who understands the long, layered journey of rebuilding trust after FDV. The focus is on present-moment safety, play, creativity and wholeness, not on retelling traumatic stories. If you’re currently in crisis, please ensure you have appropriate support in place.

What if I feel shy or nervous about participating?

That’s completely normal. Many women arrive feeling unsure – and often leave feeling lighter, more connected, and surprised by how much they enjoyed playing and experimenting. You are always invited, never forced, to participate.

What if I can’t make all four sessions?

You’ll receive the most benefit by attending all four workshops, as each week builds on the last. If you know in advance that you’ll miss a date, you’re still welcome to join, and we’ll help you re-orient gently when you return.
